Code of conduct for pupils

  • All must come to school on time and in full, clean and prescribed uniforms on all working days and at all school functions.
  • All should strictly follow the school timings prescribed.
  • Everyone is expected to be in school five minutes before the first bell.
  • Everyone should take part in the prayer and assembly without fail. After the assembly, pupils should go silently to their respective class rooms.
  • Everyone should maintain strict discipline inside as well as outside the classroom.
  • Are not supposed to shout or play inside the classrooms or in the corridors.
  • Everyone should wear neat and trim uniforms on all working days. Shirts should be smartly tucked in. Boys should see that their hair is trimmed at regular intervals.
  • All homework must be completed and submitted on time without fail.
  • You are responsible for the care of personal belongings.
  • Expensive jewels or ornaments are totally banned and the school management takes no responsibility for their loss.
  • The institution takes responsibility for the students within the school premises, but does not fear any outward incident which is beyond their control.
  • The students are forbidden to write or scribble on the walls, and throw paper or ink inside the class rooms and school premises. The penalties for the damage done to buildings and furniture must be paid at the discretion of the principal.
  • The absentee for the annual examination without proper reason will be considered as detained. No re-examination will he he will held. In the case of meritorious students, the marks of the year will be considered by the principal for promotion.
  • Parents or guardians are not allowed to interview their children or to speak to the teachers during school hours. All enquiries must be made at the school office.
  • The school accepts no responsibility if the pupil is obliged to return home during class hours for not wearing the school uniform, for not bringing books to class, for not producing the signature of the parents, on remarks written by teachers, on the absence record, in the calendar, for reasons of indiscipline and for repeated late coming.
  • Fees once paid will not be refunded. Late payment may result in pupils being debarred from examinations.
  • Students must bring their diary on all working days to school.
  • Parents are requested to read the above regulations carefully and to ensure that their children abide by them.
  • Students should always create a happy and healthy atmosphere in school and try to be happy and cheerful.
